利多卡因复合布托啡诺与丙泊酚在无痛肠镜检查中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价利多卡因复合布托啡诺与丙泊酚在无痛肠镜检查中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取ASA I^II级的预约无痛肠镜患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组(A组)应用布托啡诺与丙泊酚进行静脉麻醉,试验组(B组)应用利多卡因复合布托啡诺与丙泊酚进行静脉麻醉。比较两组麻醉诱导时间、肠镜检查时间、麻醉质量(术中注射痛、低血压、心动过缓、呼吸抑制的发生情况)、丙泊酚的用量及复苏质量(苏醒时间、苏醒后VAS评分、离院时间)。结果两组麻醉诱导时间、肠镜检查时间、术中低血压、心动过缓、呼吸抑制的发生情况差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);两组丙泊酚注射痛、丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、苏醒后VAS评分及离院时间差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论利多卡因复合布托啡诺与丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜检查可减轻丙泊酚的注射痛,减少丙泊酚的用量,降低苏醒后VAS评分,缩短患者的在院时间。
