血脂康胶囊治疗高脂血症临床观察

Clinical Trial of Xuezhikang Capsule for Treat-ing Hyperlipidemia

对４４６例高脂血症又属中医脾虚、痰瘀阻滞症的患者，进行随机分组。一为血脂康胶囊（由红曲制成，下称血脂康）治疗组３Ｈ例，一为阳性药组（下称对照组）１２２例。８周为１疗程。观察结果，血脂康总显效率为７９．７％（２５８／３Ｈ），对照组为３１．２％（３８／１２２）。血脂康组总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）下降率分别是２３．０％、３６．５％，下降明显（Ｐ＜０．００１）；高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ一Ｃ）上升１９．６％，升高明显（Ｐ＜０．００１）。对照组这些指标比疗前也明显下降（Ｐ＜０．００１）。二组相比，总显效率及各项指标的改善，血脂康均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。综合分析，血脂康是安全有效的。

In this randonuzed trial,446 patients with hyperlipidemia,who wasalso diagnosed as hypofunction and disorder of Spleen and abundant expectora-tion by traditional Chinese medicine,were divided into two groups:Xuezhikangcapsule一treated group having 324 patients and Jiaogulan tablet一treated groupas a control with 122 patients. At the end of 8 weeks’treatment,the total effectiverate of the capsule was 79.7%, where as the tablet was 31.2%。Xuezhikangsignificantly reduced TC by 23.0%and TG by 36.5%,and raised HDL一C by19.6%(P<0.001).Jiaogulan aslo improved TC,TG and HDL-C markedly.COm-paring the two groups in the total effective rate and the improvement of TC TGand HDL一C,the effect of Xuezhikang capsule was found to be superior to fhat ofJiaogulan(P<0.001).Results indicated that Xuezhikang is an effective and safety preparation.
