摘要
从水源热泵热水系统的实际应用出发,针对市场上出现的最常见的板式换热器冻结失效原因进行分析。通过试验研究发现,机组水源侧板式换热器发生冻结失效的原因是水源侧水流量过低,而机组使用侧板式换热器发生冻结失效的原因是四通换向阀和热气旁通阀失效。最后针对板式换热器冻结失效问题给出改进措施,对提高热泵热水系统的可靠性设计具有重要的意义。
Based on the engineering application of water-source heat pump water heating system, the freezing failure cause for the plate heat exchangers is analyzed, which is the most common complaints on the market. According to the experiment study, the freezing failure cause for the plate heat exchangers for water-source side of the unit is low water flow rate. While, the freezing failure cause for the plate heat exchangers for user side of the unit is fouray reversing valve and hot gas by-pass valve failure. Finally, the improvement suggestions are also given to reduce the freezing failure of plate heat exchangers. This study is of important guiding significance to improve the reliability of heat pump water heating system.
