教育供给侧改革视角下的慕课建设与发展策略

Construction and Development Strategy of Moocs from the Perspective of Educational Supply-side Reform

慕课的迅速发展引起了广泛讨论,尤其是在亟待改革破冰的高等教育领域。文章从教育的本质诉求出发,以适合学生发展的教育反思为核心,结合教育供给侧改革,对慕课的形式、机制和理念进行分析和讨论,提出了慕课未来发展建设的相关建议:政府必须加强顶层设计,构建宏观思维;高校彰显办学特色,发挥办学优势;不同建设主体应不断探索协作育人,推动共享共建。

The rapid development of Moocs has aroused wide discussion, especially in the field of higher education which needs to be reformed. Starting from the essential demand of education, taking the educational reflection suitable for student development as the core and combined with the reform of educational supply side, this article makes a deep discussion on the form, mechanism and concept of Moocs and puts forward some suggestions about the future development of Moocs based on the discussion. In particular, the government must strengthen top-level design and build macroscopical thinking, and universities should highlight their educational characteristics and give full play to their advantages in running schools, furthermore, different construction subjects should constantly educate people cooperatively and promote sharing and co- construction.
