社会主义核心价值观视阈下西藏高校学生就业创业观培养探究

社会主义核心价值观对西藏高校学生就业创业观培养提出新要求和新挑战,在西藏高校学生就业创业观形成过程中,社会主义核心价值观作用巨大。对在当前社会主义核心价值观视阈下西藏高校学生就业创业观培养现状及存在的问题,西藏全社会都需高度关注重视。西藏高校必须要在社会主义核心价值观视阈下通过开展形式多样的就业创业观理论教育及实践活动,努力打造并筑稳西藏高校学生社会主义核心价值观视阈下就业创业观培养构建的"房屋式"模型,形成西藏高校学生就业创业观培养的长效机制,进而有效转变西藏高校学生目前传统的就业创业观念,最终引导西藏高校学生合理规划人生职业生涯,促进西藏高校学生最终实现成功就业创业,确保西藏高校及西藏社会的全面绝对之和谐稳定。

Socialist core values convey new requirements and challenges to the cultivation of students＇ employment and en- trepmneurship attitude in the colleges and universities in Tibet, and the socialist core values play a great role in the forma- tion of college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship attitude in Tibet. Currently, the whole society of Tibet is highly concerned about the problems existed in college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship attitude. Thus, the colleges and universities in Tibet should carry out a variety of theoretical education and practical activities to cultivate students ＇ employment and entrepreneurship attitude with socialist core values, and strive to build a model and a long-term mecha- nism for the cultivation of students＇ employment and entrepreneurship attitude so as to effectively transform students＇ tra- ditional attitude, to guide the students to plan their career life rationally, to promote students＇ attitude, to ensure the harmo- ny and stability of the colleges, universities and society of Tibet.
