The Contribution of Chinese Ownership Reform to Efficiency Improvement

自20世纪末以来的现代经济社会,已经或正在经历着所有制结构的变革,其基本动因是对经济效率的追求,进而提升社会生产力水平。中国所有制改革引起其结构发生明显改变,这种改变是否显著地增加了整个经济的运行效率是判定所有制改革成效的重要尺度。本研究表明,国有经济与经济运行效率之间的相关系数为-0.3139,国有经济对整个经济运行效率不具有显著作用;集体经济与整个经济运行效率呈同向变动,当集体经济固定资产投资比例增加1%时,整个经济运行的技术效率上升0.7个百分点;非公有经济比例增加对经济运行效率具有显著的正向效应,非公有经济固定资产投资增加1%,整个经济运行的技术效率将获得0.5个百分点的改进。

Based on pursuing economic effidency for sodal productivity advancement, the rerant economic sodety has been experiendng the reform of ownership structure since the end of 20^th century, which causes Chinese structure conspicuous transformation. Whether the transformation improves the economic effidency dramatically or not is a crudal yardstick against which we could measure the achievements of the reform. The research as follows indicates that state-owned economy has no notable effect upon the overall economic operational effidency for their corrdated coeffident is 0. 3139, but the overall economic operational effidency varies with the collective economy, e. g. the technical effidency of the overall economic running increases by 0. 7% with 1% incremental fixed asset investment of collective economy, and the non-state-owned economy has noteworthy positive effect on the economic operation effidency, e. g. the technical effidency of the overall economic operation improves by 0. 5% with 1% incremental fixed asset investment of non-state-owned economy.
