摘要
"出口导向"的对外贸易发展战略在中国获得了巨大的成功。然而,在中国已经成为世界第四大经济体和第三大贸易体的背景下,"出口导向"战略也需要与时俱进,实现转型。本文提出了"中性的"贸易战略,分析了其战略目标、政策工具以及为此而实行有管理的贸易自由化政策。当然,"中性的"贸易战略也强调大国的国内市场优势。
Export-oriented outward trade developing strategy has got a great adnievement in China. However, considering the bad;ground that China has become the fourth biggest economy and the third trade country of the world, its export-oriented strategy should advance with times and carry out transition. In the following thesis neutral trade strategy and its strategical objective, policy instruments as well as the managerial trade liberalization policy are discussed
