Financial Cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong : Idea,Orientation and Approach

香港回归10多年来,深港之间的金融合作,在金融机构、支付系统、金融业务等方面,虽已取得明显成效,但还停留在一般层次,仍有很大发展空间。深港携手合作,首先必须在理念更新上有新突破,只有全新的理念才有全新的实践和全新的发展。其次必须在明确定位上有新认识,在区域之间、城市功能之间以及合作内容等方面有新认识,以增强合作的决心和信心。最后在路径选择上有新举措,以积极推动两地金融合作向高层次发展。

Since Hong Kong returned to China over a decade ago, the finandal cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong has made noticeable progresses in such aspects as finandal institutions, payment system, finandal businesses and etc., but there still exists further devdopment space. How will Shenzhen and Hong Kong further cooperate with each other？ Primarily we should have breakthrough about ideas, for only with new ideas there appear new practice and new devdopment. Secondly we should have new recognition conceming orientation, espedally about the contents of interregional and interdty cooperation. Thirdly we should have new approadnes to actively impd the finandal cooperation between both regions.
