中俄经济体制转轨的成效比较及其启示

Economic Transitional Effect Comparison between China and Russia and Its Revelation

本文基于对中俄两国经济体制转轨的横向比较,分析了两国改革的起点差异、改革的方式和内容、转轨成本以及其绩效。俄罗斯的激进改革引起了社会的巨大震荡,使整个社会为此付出了高昂的代价,使得人们难以接受改革,特别是激进的＂休克疗法＂。而我国的改革开放取得了举世瞩目的成就,我国今后的改革开放更要＂以苏为戒＂或＂以俄为戒＂,以稳健的战略选择来推动我国经济体制的深化改革和社会的全面发展。

Based on the horizontal comparison of economic transition between China and Russia, the difference of reform＇s starting point, way, transitional rest and effect between the two countries are discussed in the following thesis. The Russia radical reform caused great shock of the society at expensive sodal price, leading to its people＇s non-acceptance, espedally of the drastic Shock Therapy. However, Chinese reform and opening has gotten the worldknown achievements. We should take lessons from the Russia in the future reform and opening, promoting the economic institutional reform in depth and comprehensive devdopment of society with the sound strategic choice.
