本文结合非洲实际总结了特区经验：以发展农业带动工业化，遵循出口带动的工业化，建立国内外资本的合作，发展私有部门产业，政府不应该干涉投资领域，为工业发展的企业提供优惠政策和环境。

In the summary of the conference, principles that worth learning for Africa is summarized as following. Promoting the devebpment of industry according to devebping agriculture. Industrialization promoted by export as foreign market is playing a critical role in guaranteeing an independent and free market. Cooperation between internal capital and foreign capital should be built up. Devebping private sector industry as private enterprises can become an important engine. Government should play the role of guarding and supervising instead of intervening investment.
