摘要
为了搞清挖掘式装载机工作机构的振动特性,根据拉格朗日方程建立了工作机构的动力学模型,借助MATLAB仿真计算获得系统的固有频率和振型.利用Pro/e建立挖掘式装载机工作机构的三维实体模型,结合Ansys/Workbench建立其有限元模型,通过振动响应分析获得了系统的模态振型云图和位移响应云图.结果表明:有限元仿真结果与动力学模型计算值相差无几,且模态频率主要集中在9~75 Hz之间,对系统振动贡献较大频率在30 Hz附近; X向铲斗振动响应最大,Y、Z向响应值较接近,其结论为减小工作机构振动及系统参数优化奠定基础.
In order to research vibration characteristics of working mechanism for a excavating - loader. The dynamic model of the working mechanism was established based on Lagrange equation, and the natural frequen- cies and mode shapes of the system were obtained by MATLAB simulation. The three - dimensional model of the working mechanism was established by Pro/e, and its finite element model was established with Ansys/Work- bench, the modal shapes and displacement responses were obtained through vibration response analysis. The conclusion shown : The modal frequencies were mainly among 9 - 75 Hz. The vibration response of X is the lar- gest, and the response values of Y and Z are close. The conclusion provides the foundation for reducing the vi- bration of working mechanism and optimizing parameters.
