摘要
为了找出影响毕业生招聘网站求职满意度的因素,从而进一步提升毕业生对招聘网站求职的满意度,实现毕业生高质量的求职。本文以东北林业大学学生为研究对象,研究了招聘网站的信息内容、可靠性、关怀性、交互性、易用性是否会影响招聘网站服务感知质量,以及服务质量感知是否会对求职满意度产生影响。运用SPSS进行回归分析,结果显示信息内容、易用性、关怀性、交互性会影响求职者对招聘网站服务质量的感知,服务质量感知也会影响求职满意度,然而可靠性与招聘网站求职满意度却不成正相关。从而得出信息内容、易用性、关怀性、交互性是影响招聘网站求职满意度的因素,最后提出改进的建议。
Find out the factors that influence the job satisfaction of graduate recruitment website, so as to further improve the job satisfaction of graduates on recruitment website and realize the high-quality job search of graduates.So Article will as the research object of University’s students , essay studies the recruitment website information content, reliability, care, interactivity and ease of use will affect recruitment website service quality perception. In this process, the service quality perception will influence on job satisfaction. Through a questionnaire to obtain information in the form of questionnaire star, and using SPSS regression analysis. The results show that the information content, ease of use, care, interactivity will affect job seekers perception of recruitment website service quality, service quality perception will influence job satisfaction. And thus concludes that information content, ease of use, and care, interactivity is the factors that affect recruitment website job satisfaction.
