摘要
本文基于Fluent商业软件的VOF模型对喷嘴内腔气液两相流动的数值进行模拟, 并将模拟结果与公开发表的实验结果进行对比, 并在此基础上分析进气口数量、 喷嘴内部几何结构及气液比对气液两相流型的影响, 讨论有利于获得稳定环状流的喷嘴结构改进方式和气液比范围.
Based on the VOF model of Fluent commercial software, this paper simulated the gas-liquid two-phase flow- in the nozzle chamber, and compared the simulation results with the published experimental results. On this ba- sis, the effects of the number of inlets, the geometric structure of the nozzle and the gas-liquid ratio on the gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern were analyzed, and the improvement methods and the gas-liquid ratio range of the nozzle were discussed.
