摘要
本文主要分析利用标准曲线法测定黄铁矿在电子探针分析时最优标样的选择.试验表明, 在进行电子探针测试时, 标样的选择对试验数据起着决定性作用.通过电子探针分析, 也可寻找特殊矿物的可替代标样, 建立一套分类标样数据库和标样反测数据库, 为提高电子探针测试效率, 深入研究开发电子探针测试技术提供重要的研究方向.
The standard curve method was used to determine the best standard sample for pyrite in electron micro- probe analysis. The experimental results showed that the selection of standard sample playeda decisive role in the EP- MA test. By means of EPMA, we could also find the substitutable standard samples of special minerals. establish a database of classification standard samples and a database of back-test of standard samples, so as to improve the efficiency of EPMA testing and provide an important research direction for further research and development of EPMA testing technology.
