摘要
本文从理论和实际工业生产出发, 对铁路清筛机挖掘装置的底梁分别进行展开下料、 卷圆制作、 整体焊装等工业制作的工艺研究.此制作工艺不仅可以保证严格的平面度、 平行度、 垂直度等形位公差要求以满足装置的装配要求, 而且能满足产品质量要求, 减轻工人劳动强度, 提高生产效率, 降低生产成本.
Proceeding from theoretical and practical industrial production, the bottom girder of the excavator of the railway sieve cleaner was manufactured by means of unfolding, rolling and assembling. This manufaeturing process can not only ensure strict flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity and other geometric tolerances to meet the assembly requirements of the device, but also meet the product quality requirements, reduce the labor intensity of workers, im- prove production efficiency and reduce production costs.
