基于创新杠杆的制造业转型升级循环路径探究

Research on the Circular Path of Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry Based on Innovation Lever

当下我国制造业在产能过剩的同时,又不能满足消费者的合理需求,且随着劳动力、土地等要素成本的上升,传统制造业向高端制造业转型升级是经济社会发展的必然趋势。文章区别于创新驱动、技术创新的视角,在我国制造业发展困境的基础上,从创新投入与产出的角度出发,构建了制造业基于创新杠杆的转型升级的循环路径,并解释了各阶段创新杠杆的作用机理,对制造业在各发展阶段的可预见性和不可预见性问题作出讨论,希望对处于发展困境中的传统制造企业有引导性的作用。

At present, the manufacturing industry of China cannot meet the reasonable demand of consumers while the manufacturing industry is in overcapacity. With the rise of labor and land cost, the transformation and upgrade of the traditional manufacturing industry to the high-end manufacturing industry are the inevitable trends of economic and social development. Differing from the perspective of innovation-driven and technological innovation, based on the plight of the development of manufacturing industry in China,from the perspective of innovation input and output, this paper constructs a circular path of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry based on innovative leverage, explains the various stages of the mechanism of innovation leverage, discusses the predictability and unpredictability of manufacturing industry at various stages of development, and hopes to play a guiding role in the traditional manufacturing enterprises in the dilemma of development.
