改革开放四十年来,铜陵外向型经济发展取得了显著成效,但是在外贸进出口比例、产品结构、涉外平台建设以及企业"走出去"等领域存在诸多问题,需要从调整产业结构、扩大国际产能合作、提升互联互通水平、建设高效的开放体制和机制等方面着手,积极对接"一带一路"建设,抓住长江经济带建设的战略机遇,提升开放型经济发展水平。

During the 40-year reform and opening-up, Tongling＇s outward-looking economic development has achieved remarkable progress, but there exist many problems in the field of foreign trade import and export ratio, product structure, foreignrelated platform construction and enterprises＇ ＂ going out＂. We need to adjust the industrial structure, expand international cooperation on production capacity and enhance connectivity to build an efficient open system and mechanism, especially to catch the strategic opportunities of One Belt One Road international cooperation and Yangtze river economic belt development to improve the level of Outer-oriented economy.
