Investigation and Research on the Predicament and Transformation of Minhou Root Carving Industry

根雕产业作为福州市闽侯县的特色产业,一度占据全国80%的市场份额,但是近年来,随着根雕整体市场的萎缩、产业结构固化、政策导向性模糊、企业不良竞争、品牌意识不足和人才短缺等原因,产业陷入了发展困局。本次调查针对闽侯地区根雕产业实际情况,在调整产业结构的基础上,围绕市场定位、政策指导、品牌建设与人才发展引进方面提出可行性建议。

The root carving industry once occupied 80% of the market share of the whole country as a characteristic industry in Minhou area of Fuzhou City. In recent years, the industry has fallen into predicament with the shrinking of the overall market of root carving, the solidification of industrial structure, the vagueness of policy orientation, the fierce competition of enterprises, the lack of brand awareness and the shortage of talents. Based on the actual situation of the root carving industry in Minhou area, this survey puts forward feasible suggestions on market positioning, policy guidance, brand building and talent development and breaking through the bottleneck of regional characteristic industry development.
