随着信息化时代的到来,智慧警务模式应不断实践与发展才能适应犯罪形势复杂多变的客观需要,与此同时,侦查思维的要素客观上也随之发生变化,因此传统的侦查思维难以适应智慧警务模式的要求。侦查人员必须转变与创新侦查思维方式,全面加强理论学习与实践,有效培养智慧侦查思维,是公安机关实践工作中侦查破案的必然选择。

With the arrival of the information age, the mode of wisdom policing should be constantly practiced and developed in order to adapt to the complex and changeable objective needs of the crime situation, and the elements of the investigative thinking are also changing objectively. Therefore, the traditional investigative thinking is difficult to adapt to the requirements of wisdom policing model. Investigators must be able to create the new and changing mode of thinking in investigation. We should strengthen the study and practice of the theory and cultivate wisdom investigative thinking.
