Under the background of the higher education reform, in order to promote thecollege English course construction and improve the effect of college English teaching, and basedon advanced information technology and teaching idea to teach, we offered some suggestions toimprove teachers＇ professional quality and develop the students＇ ability of autonomous learningand life-long learning ability that can provides a certain security for the learners. These ways canprovide practical significance to guide the reform of college English teaching.
