摘要
劳模精神是当今劳动者职业道德的价值概括,是当代大学生重要的精神食粮,是社会时代精神的集中体现.继承和弘扬劳模精神是大学生在职场中立业的客观需要、职场中勤业的根本保障、敬业的主观要求、创业的前提基础,应通过解决大学生职业道德教育中理念陈旧、内容滞后、手段单一的问题,从而切实发挥劳模精神正能量,更好地培养中国特色社会主义事业接班人.
The labor mode spirit is the value summary of the workers＇ professional ethics to-day, which is the important spiritual food of the contemporary college students, which is the con-centrated embodiment of the spirit of the social times. Inherit and carry forward the spirit of labormodel is the objective demand of the college students in the workplace starts a career, a funda-mental guarantee of qin in work and dedication of the subjective requirements, the premise of en-trepreneurial base, by solving obsolete concept to the professional ethics education of college stu-dents, content lag, means a single question and develop a model of the spirit of positive energy,better training successors of the socialist cause.
