摘要
构建可持续发展的生态化转化机制已成为高校人才培养中紧迫需要关注的一项任务,本文通过综述总结出教育生态学的核心要义,从学校、学生自身和家庭三个维度分析高校学困生形成的原因,借助教育生态学"生态位"理论、"最适度原则"、"最优采食"理论、"花盆效应"、"协同进化"理论等提出学困生转化的具体策略。
The construction of ecological transformation mechanism for sustainable development has become an urgent task for university personnel training. This paper summarizes the core meaning of educational ecology through a review,analyzes the reasons for the formation of college students with learning difficulties from the three dimensions of schools,students and families.With the help of the theory of educational ecology niche,the most moderate principle,the theory of optimal feeding,the flower pot effect,and the theory of co evolution,the specific strategies for the transformation of students with learning difficulties are putforward.
