Problems and Suggestions in Property Service and Management of Small and Medium-sized cities——Case Study of Development of Property Service and Management in Shiyan City

物业管理是城市管理的重要组成部分,与人民群众的生产生活息息相关。我国中小城市物业管理基本还处于起步阶段,存在的诸多问题成为制约行业健康发展的瓶颈和障碍,亟待研究解决。本文就十堰市城区物业服务与管理存在的问题进行探索,并寻求解决的途径。

As an important part of city management,property management is closely related to people＇s production and life.At present,the property management of small and medium-sized cities in China is still in the fledging period. Many existing problems have become the bottleneck and obstacle of the healthy development of industries,which needs to be researched and solved urgently. This paper explores the problems existing in the service and management of property in Shiyan City,and tries to seek solutions.
