摘要
对于领导与管理的关系的辨析是整个领导学研究的起点,也关乎领导学的发展与走向,在领导学研究中具有十分重要的作用。本文通过对之前领导与管理关系的研究进行梳理,发现之前的研究普遍存在着研究视角单一,多为描述性研究,缺少对于描述的分析的问题。故笔者基于韦伯权威理论这一视角下,从领导与管理活动的起点重新辨析二者关系得出领导与管理的区别在于其施加的不同权威基础,并根据实际中的情况得出领导外延大于管理的结论,建议强化领导学研究的价值因素,呼吁价值型领导。
The differentiation and analysis of the relationship between leadership and management is the starting point of the whole study of leadership,and also relates to the development and trend of leadership,which plays a very important role in the study of leadership. Based on the previous review,the studies on the relationship between leadership and management before is single research perspective with more descriptive research and lack of description the analysis of problems. Therefore,based on the perspective of Weber's authority theory,the author reanalyzes the relationship between leadership and management activities from the starting point and comes to the conclusion that the extension of leadership is more than management,and suggests that value factors of leadership research should be strengthened and value-oriented leaders are much important.
