摘要
目的了解立位平衡功能测试在疲劳评估中的应用。方法以"Balance, Balance function, Postural control"为检索词检索PubMed数据库;以"平衡功能,姿势控制,疲劳评估"为检索词检索中国学术期刊全文数据库的相关文献,经过整理筛选,将与平衡功能和疲劳评估相关的文献作为评价标准,最终纳入40篇进行综述。结果立位平衡功能测试方法分为静态立位平衡测试和动态立位平衡测试2种,以傅里叶频率转换的频域参数和重心摇摆时域参数作为指标,在脑力疲劳模型和任务负荷模型中该方法取得了有效的实验数据。结论立位平衡功能测试作为疲劳评估的客观方法具有操作简便、对疲劳较为敏感性、非侵入性等优点。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the applicability of upright balance function test in fatigue assessment. MethodsRelated literature was retrieved both from the PubMed database with "Balance, Balance function and Postural control" as the key words and from CNKI with "balance function, posture control and fatigue assessment" as the key words. After screening, the literature related to balance function and fatigue assessment was used as the evaluation standard. Eventually, a total of 40 articles were selected. ResultsThe upright balance function test was divided into the static test and dynamic test. Swing changes of time domain parameters and the frequency domain parameters of the Fourier frequency conversion were regarded as indexes. In the mental fatigue model and task load model, effective experimental data was obtained using this method. ConclusionThe upright balance function test is an objective method of fatigue assessment, which is user-friendly, partially sensitive to fatigue and non-invasive.[
