基于市民视角的扬州开放式公园可持续运营研究

Study on Sustainable Running of Open Parks in Yangzhou Viewed from Citizens

开放式公园是扬州市委、市政府近年打造的民心工程,受到市民欢迎,社会关注度高。开放式公园免费开放后的可持续运营,也深受市民关注。本研究基于市民视角,通过网络查询、问卷调查和访谈等方法,对扬州开放式公园运营、使用情况、管护现状等开展调查并进行分析,从公园配套的服务性、运营资金的稳定性、公园管理的科学性、市民的获得感等四个方面,对扬州开放式公园可持续运营提出针对性建议。

Open parks, which are popular projects built by Yangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Govern- ment in recent years, have been popular with the public and attracted high social attention. The sustainable op- eration of free open parks is also well received by the citizens. Based on the perspective of the citizens and through online enquiries, questionnaires, and interviews, this paper investigates and analyzes the operation, utilization and management situation of open parks in Yangzhou. Meanwhile, it comes up with some corre- sponding suggestions on the sustainable running of open parks in Yangzhou from such four aspects as the sup- porting services of parks, the stability of operating funds sense of gain. , the scientific management of parks and citizen＇ s
