摘要 肥胖会影响到大学生的体质健康,并导致体育成绩不合格,成为不利于其健康成长的主要因素。运动干预是一种有效、经济、安全的减肥方法,通过印刷品、自我管理、完全运动干预等路径,合理安排运动项目,在运动耐受范围内,制订运动处方,整合各种运动方式,通过一定强度与频率的干预,能够有效改善肥胖情况及各项身体机能,促进体质健康。 Obesity is an important influencing factor for the unsatisfactory sports performance and physical health of college students as well as their unfavorable healthy growth and development. Exercise intervention is an effective, economical, and safe method for losing weight. Through prints, self-management, full exercise intervention, the reasonably-arranged sports plans and within the scope of their exercise tolerance, exercise prescriptions can be formulated and a variety of exercises are integrated. With a certain intense and frequent intervention, various body functions and health can be effectively improved. Several methods of current exer- cise intervention for college obesity are summarized and reviewed in this paper, hoping to provide suggestions for college PE teaching and fitness instruction.
