利用新媒体开展高校思想政治工作,具有即时掌握学生思想动态、丰富思想政治教育手段、扩大工作覆盖面、拉近师生心理距离、增加学生的社会参与度、增强工作实效性等优势。同时也面临监管机制存在漏洞、危机管理难度增加、教师新媒体技术不过关、大学生易染上网瘾、人与人产生情感疏离等挑战。为此,提出"六个一"对策以提升高校思想政治工作成效。

The development of college ideological and political work under the background of new media can instantly grasp the students＇ ideological dynamics, enrich the ideological and political education means, ex- pand the work coverage, get closer the psychological distance between teachers and students, increase student＇ social participation and enhance the work effectiveness. At the same time, it＇ s also faced with chal- lenges such as loopholes in the regulatory mechanism, more difficult crisis management, unqualified new media technology, college students＇ internet addiction and emotional distance between people. In view of the opportunities and challenges brought about by the new media, this paper comes up with ＂Six one＂ approaches to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
