Hypertension has a huge disease burden on patients, their families and society,and drug treatment is one of the important means to control hypertension. Rational use of antihypertensive drugs can make 90% of patients＇ blood pressure in the normal range. This article reviews the concept, current status, evaluation methods and influencing factors of medication compliance in patients with hypertension, and provides a theoretical basis for improving medication compliance in patients with hypertension
