药膳食疗对20例2型糖尿病疗养员血糖水平的干预性研究

Intervention in Blood Glucose Levels for Type 2 Diabetic Convalesce by Medicinal Diet Therapy in a Military Sanatorium

目的观察2型糖尿病疗养员给予药膳食疗干预后血糖相关指标的变化。方法筛选40例符合诊断的2型糖尿病疗养员,随机分为药膳组和对照组,每组各20例。药膳组在对照组给予常规治疗和饮食指导的基础上,三餐主食均给予本院自制的药膳馒头替代普通馒头。两组均在常规降糖药治疗的基础上进行,干预30 d为1个疗程。干预前后分别测定空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)。结果干预前后比较,两组的FPG、2hPG及HbA1C较入组时均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,药膳组在改善FPG及2hPG方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药膳食疗干预对2型糖尿病疗养员血糖的控制有积极作用,值得进一步研究和推广。

Objective To observe the changes of glycemic indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a military sanatorium.Methods Forty cases of type 2 diabetes who met the diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into the medicinal diet group and the control group,with twenty patients in each. The control group was given routine treatment and dietary guidance while the medicinal diet group was additionally given self-prepared medicinal steamed bread instead of the ordinary steamed bread at three meals. Both groups also received the conventional diabetes therapy. Thirty days of intervention was considered a course of treatment. Levels of fasting blood glucose（ FPG）,postprandial blood glucose（ 2hPG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（ HbA1C） were tested before and after intervention. Results As a result of intervention,the FPG,2hPG and HbA1C levels of the two groups were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After intervention,the levels of FPG and 2hPG of the medicinal diet group were lower than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The medicated diet therapy has some good effect on type 2 diabetic convalesce and is worthy of wider application.
