深静脉血栓患者血清炎症因子水平与血管损伤程度的关系

Relationships between Serum Levels of Inflammatory Factors and Vascular Injury in Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的探讨深静脉血栓患者血清炎症因子水平与血管损伤程度的关系。方法选取我院60例深静脉血栓患者为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平,探讨深静脉血栓患者血清炎症因子水平与血管损伤程度的关系。结果 TNF-α中位数为18.5,IL-6中位数为16.5,以TNF-α和IL-6中位数水平分为高水平组和低水平组,提示高水平的TNF-α患者血清中NO和ET-1水平高于低水平的患者,高水平的IL-6患者NO和ET-1水平高于低水平的患者,高水平的TNF-α患者全血高切粘度和血浆粘度高于低水平的患者,高水平的IL-6患者全血高切粘度和血液粘度高于低水平的患者,高水平的TNF-α患者超声评分和Villata评分高于低水平的患者,高水平的IL-6患者超声评分和Villtata评分高于低水平的患者。结论深静脉血栓患者血清中炎症因子水平与血管损伤程度呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the correlations between the levels of serum inflammatory factors and the degree of vascular damage in patients with deep venous thrombosis.Methods Sixty cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis were selected as the subjects,whose levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to explore the relationships between levels of inflammatory factors in patients with deep venous thrombosis and vascular injury. Results The median level of TNF-α was 18.5,and that of IL-6 was 16.5. The levels of NO and ET-1 in serum of patients with high levels of TNF-α were 29.54＋7.67 and 12.58＋3.62 respectively,higher than 28.76＋6.54 and 13.43＋2.38 of patients with low levels of TNF-α. These two levels of patients with high levels of IL-6 were significantly higher than among patients with low levels of IL-6. The whole blood high-cut viscosity and blood viscosity of patients with high levels of TNF-α were 8.17＋0.83 and 1.97＋0.45 respectively,higher than 8.15＋0.80 and 1.94＋0.42 of patients with low levels of TNF-α. The ultrasound score and Villata score of patients with high levels of TNF-α were significantly higher than those of the corresponding low-level patients. The ultrasonic score and Villtata score of patients with high levels of IL-6 were 7.8＋1.1 and 12.8＋ 1.1 respectively,which were significantly higher than those of lower-level patients.Conclusion The level of inflammatory factors in serum of patients with deep venous thrombosis is positively correlated with the degree of vascular damage.
