二甲双胍在治疗多囊卵巢综合征中对抑制素B、激活素及胰岛素样生长因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍在治疗多囊卵巢综合征中对抑制素B、激活素及胰岛素样生长因子的影响。方法将2016年9月-2017年5月期间本院收治的76例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组38例患者单用炔雌醇环丙孕酮进行治疗,观察组38例患者则在对照组的基础上加用二甲双胍治疗。两组均治疗3个疗程。检测两组患者治疗前后的抑制素B、激活素及胰岛素样生长因子水平并进行比较。结果治疗前后两组的抑制素B、激活素及胰岛素样生长因子水平均持续改善,且治疗后观察组的检测水平均显著好于对照组同时间的检测水平,P均<0.05,均有显著差异。结论二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者,对其抑制素B、激活素及胰岛素样生长因子的改善效果较好,因此认为二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗相较单用炔雌醇环丙孕酮在治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者中的应用价值更高。 Objective To study the effect of metformin on inhibin,activin and insulin-like growth factors of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Seventy-six patients treated in our hospital between September 2016 and May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each. The control group was treated with marvelon alone while the observation group was additionally given metformin. Both groups were treated for three courses. The inhibin,activin and insulin-like growth factor levels of the two groups before and after treatment were detected and compared.Results The levels of inhibin,activin and insulin-like growth factors of the two groups continued to improve before and after treatment. After the treatment,these levels were all significantly better in the observation group than in the control group( P〈0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Metformin can effectively improve the levels of inhibin,activin and insulin-like growth factors of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,so the combination of metformin with marvelon is of better clinical value than marvelon used alone.
