术前CT在腹腔镜胆囊切除术前评估胆囊周围粘连的价值

The Value of Preoperative CT in Evaluation of Gallbladder Adhesion Before Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:分析术前CT在腹腔镜胆囊切除术术前评估胆囊周围粘连中的价值。方法:随机性选取于笔者所在医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的120例患者作为研究对象,分成两组,对照组用B超进行术前检查,试验组采用CT进行术前检查,比较两组患者的影像学检查结果。结果:试验组CT检查的敏感性为97.92%,特异性为83.33%,均高于对照组的86.36%、37.50%(字2=4.358 7、5.881 9,P<0.05)。结论:术前CT能够比较准确地对腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆囊周围粘连进行评估,特异性和敏感性均较高。

Objective：To analyze the value of preoperative CT in assessing gallbladder adhesions before laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method：Randomly selected 120 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital as the study object,divided into two groups,the control group used B-ultrasound for preoperative examination,the experimental group used CT for preoperative examination,compared two groups of patients imaging findings.Result：The sensitivity of CT examination was 97.92% in the experimental group,and the specificity was 83.33%,all higher than 86.36% and 37.50% of the control group（ 字2=4.358 7,5.881 9,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Preoperative CT can be used to evaluate the adhesion of gallbladder around laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the specificity and sensitivity are higher.
