集束化护理预防术后患者下肢静脉血栓效果、心理状态及生活质量的效果观察

Effect of Clustering Care on Prevention of Postoperative Vein Thrombosis,Psychological Status and Quality of Life in Patients with Postoperative Lower Extremities

目的:分析集束化护理对预防手术后下肢静脉血栓效果、心理状态和生活质量的效果。方法:对笔者所在医院2017年3月-2018年4月接受手术治疗的152例患者临床资料加以分析,依据不同护理方法分为两组,将行常规护理76例患者作为对照组,将在其基础上行集束化护理76例患者作为研究组,比较两组手术后下肢静脉血栓效果、心理状态和生活质量。结果:研究组手术后下肢静脉血栓、下肢肿胀、下肢疼痛发生率1.32%、1.32%、2.63%,均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组抑郁、焦虑心理状态和总体健康评分(35.20±1.10)分、(36.40±2.31)分和(83.64±14.53)分,均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:应用集束化护理对手术后下肢静脉血栓起到有效预防作用,且能够改善患者不良心理状态和提高生活质量,值得推广、应用。

Objective：To analyze the effects of bundled nursing on prevention of postoperative venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,psychological status and quality of life.Method：The clinical data of 152 patients undergoing surgery from March 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were analyzed and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.76 patients undergoing routine care were used as a control group.Clustered care 76 patients as a study group,the effect of postoperative venous thrombosis, psychological status and quality of life were compared.Result：The incidence of venous thrombosis,lower extremity swelling,and lower extremity pain in the study group was 1.32%,1.32%,and 2.63%,they were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The depression,anxiety and overall health scores in the study group were（35.20±1.10）,（36.40±2.31） and（83.64±14.53）points,they were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bundling treatment can effectively prevent postoperative venous thrombosis in lower extremities,and it can improve the patient＇s bad psychological state and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of promotion and application.
