尿激酶联合肝素封管对改善维持性血液透析患者中心静脉导管功能不良的效果

Effect of Urokinase Combined with Heparin Sealing on Improvement of Central Venous Catheter Dysfunction in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:对维持性血液透析患者中心静脉导管功能不良情况进行尿激酶联合肝素封管,探讨其应用效果。方法:将厦门市某院行维持性血液透析治疗的37例患者随机分入尿激酶肝素混合液组(18例)和常规肝素组(19例),并对其进行相应的针对性护理。对治疗后的透析血流量、静脉压、导管堵塞发生率进行对比。结果:尿激酶肝素混合液组患者的血流量显著高于常规肝素组,尿激酶肝素混合液组患者的静脉压和导管堵塞发生率低于常规肝素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿激酶联合肝素混合液封管对改善中心静脉导管功能不良有临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Urokinase combined with Heparin on the management of central venous catheter dysfunction in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method：A total of 37 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in a hospital in Xiamen city were randomized into a urokinase heparin mixture group（18 cases） and a conventional heparin group（19 cases）,and the corresponding targeted nursing was performed.The comparison of blood flow,venous pressure,and catheter blockage after treatment were performed.Result：The blood flow of urokinase heparin mixture group was significantly higher than that of conventional heparin group.The incidence of venous pressure and catheter occlusion were lower in the urokinase heparin mixture group than that of the conventional heparin group.Statistical analysis of the data were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The combined use of Urokinase and Heparin mixed fluid sealing has clinical significance for improving the dysfunction of central venous catheters.
