糖尿病患者血清学D-二聚体、血清反应蛋白表达分析

Analysis of the Expression of Serological D-two Polymer and Serum Reactive Protein in Diabetes Patients

目的:探讨糖尿病患者D-二聚体、血清反应蛋白表达水平及对基层临床诊疗工作的价值。方法:选择100例2型糖尿病确诊患者,按照是否存在微血管病变将其分为单纯糖尿病组(52例)与合并微血管病变组(48例),选择同期50例健康体检者作为对照组。比较三组研究对象HbA1c、D-2聚体及hs-CRP表达水平的差异。结果:合并微血管病变组HbA1c、D-2聚体、hs-CRP表达水平高于单纯糖尿病组及对照组,且单纯糖尿病组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HbA1c、D-2聚体、hs-CRP表达水平高低在一定程度上反映了糖尿病患者的病情严重程度,需要及时监测并合理调控以便促进患者获得良好预后。

Objective：To explore the expression level of D- two dimer and serum reactive protein and its values on clinical diagnosis and treatment withdiabetic patients at the grass-roots level hospital.Method： A total of 100 patients with typeⅡ diabetes were selected to be divided into simple diabetes group （52cases） and combined microvascular disease group （48 cases） according to the presence of microvascular disease,and 50 healthy subjects were selected as controlgroup at the same time.The differences of HbA1c,D-2 and hs-CRP expression levels between the three groups were compared.Result： The expression of HbA1c,D-2 hs-CRP in patients with microvascular disease was significantly higher than that in patients with simple diabetes mellitus and control group （P〈0.05）,and thelevel of hs-CRP in simple diabetes group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The expression levels of HbA1c, D-2 and hs-CRP reflect theseverity of diabetes patients to some extent, which need to be monitored timely and given a reasonable control in order to promote the patient with a good prognosis.
