闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的手术室护理配合

Nursing Cooperation of Closed Reduction and Elastic Intramedullary Nail in Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture in Operation Room

目的:探讨研究闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的手术室护理配合方法。方法:选取2016年11月-2017年11月笔者所在医院收治的股骨转子间骨折患者中抽出88例,均给予闭合复位弹性髓内钉进行治疗,并根据为围术期所实施的护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组选择常规护理模式,观察组选择加以手术室护理模式进行干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度;Harris、VAS评分及两组患者术中手术情况。结果:观察组护理满意度(95.45%)高于对照组(79.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Harris及VAS评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量及整体手术时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对股骨转子间骨折患者行闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗期间加以手术室护理配合方法进行干预,能减低患者术中出血量及缩短整体手术时间,有效缓解其机体疼痛感的同时有利于提高患者髋关节功能恢复进度,其护理满意度高,效果显著,值得临床上大力推广。

Objective：To explore the nursing coordination method of closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in operation room.Method：From November 2016 to November 2017,88 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were treated with closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail.According to the nursing methods of perioperative period, the patients were divided into control group and observation group with 44 cases in each group.The control group chose the routine nursing model, the observation group chose the operating room nursing model to intervene,the nursing satisfaction degree and the score of Harris VAS and the intraoperative operation of the two groups were compared.Result： The nursing satisfaction in the observation group （95.45%） was higher than 79.55% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,and the scores of Harris and VAS in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The amount of intraoperative bleeding and the whole operation time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur,the intervention of nursing cooperation in the operation room during the treatment of closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail can reduce the amount of bleeding in the patients and shorten the overall operation time,effectively relieve the pain of the body,and improve the recovery progress of the hip joint function and the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
