近年来,"监管科技"被广泛关注,监管科技在监管端的运用可以分为数据收集和数据分析两大方面。数据收集方面的运用主要是形成报告和进行数据管理;数据分析方面的运用包括虚拟助手、市场监管、不端行为监测,以及微观和宏观审慎监管。从目前监管科技在监管端的运用实践来看,主要呈现出以下发展趋势:监管科技将应用于金融监管全链条,监管端与合规端合作发展将成为监管科技的主要路径,区块链技术正成为监管科技的重要组成部分,监管科技制度化进程正在加快。同时,也存在监管科技运用的数据治理有待加强以及监管科技在监管决策中的作用需要明确等问题需要解决。

In recent years, Regtech has been widely concerned. The application of Regtech in the financial supervision can be divided into two aspects： data collection and data analysis. The use of data collection is mainly for reporting and data management; the use of data analysis includes virtual assistants, market supervision, monitoring and analysis of misconducts, micro-prudential supervision and macro-prudential supervision. The current application of Regtech shows the following trends： it will be applied to the entire chain of financial supervision, the cooperation between supervisors and the compliance body will become more harmonious, the block chain technology is becoming an important part of it, and the process of institutionalization of Regtech is accelerating. In the meantime, there are some problems that need to be solved, such as the need to strengthen the data governance of the application of Regtech and the need to clarify the role of Regtech in regulatory decision-making.
