摘要
本文主要介绍一种液晶玻璃磨边机的定位机构的设计,通过导轨丝杠固定装置等将玻璃定位,便于磨边。以小尺寸玻璃为例,文章对磨削力及负压吸附力进行计算,并根据结果选用适合的定位方式。文章介绍了与定位相关的关键技术。
The article introduces the design of positioning mechanism in LCD lens-edger machines. The LCD is positioned through the rail and surew mechanism which is easy to edging. Taking small glass as an example, the article calculates the grinding force and negative pressure adsmption, and chooses the appropriate positioning method according to the result. The article also introduces some key technologies about positioning.
