外生菌根真菌接种与铝胁迫对土贡松幼苗生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以土贡松幼苗为试验材料,观察外生菌根真菌接种和铝胁迫下土贡松幼苗的生长,旨在为土贡松在酸性土壤环境中的保护、推广和栽培提供技术参考。用质量浓度为0,50,100,200 mg/L的铝溶液处理接种和不接种美味牛肝菌的土贡松幼苗,180 d后测定幼苗苗高、地径、总鲜质量、地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量、高径比和茎根比。结果表明,除了高径比和茎根比外,未接种菌根真菌的土贡松幼苗的苗高、地径、总鲜质量、地上部鲜质量和地下部鲜质量均不同程度地受到了铝胁迫的影响而低于接种菌根真菌的幼苗,菌根的形成增强了土贡松幼苗对铝胁迫的抗性,甚至使铝质量浓度在50,100 mg/L下生长的幼苗有着更好的生长表现。因此,菌根可以通过缓解铝胁迫而促进土贡松幼苗的生长。 In this study, taking masson pine seedlings as the materials, the observation on seedling growth under ectomycorrhizalfungi inoculation and Al stress, the aim is to provide technical reference for the protection, promotion and cultivation of the pine in acidsoil environment. In this study, Al concentrations of 0, 50, 100, 200 mg/L were used to treat the inoculated and non-inoculated massonpine seedlings with Boletus edulis, the height, ground diameter, total fresh quality, aboveground fresh quality and underground freshquality of the seedlings were measured 180d later. The results showed that except for the ratios of height-to-diameter and stem-to-root,the height, ground diameter, total fresh quality, aboveground fresh quality and underground fresh quality of the seedlings were impactedby Al stress with various degrees, the non-inoculated seedlings were inferior to the inoculated ones in these indices. The resistance ofmasson pine seedlings against Al stress was enhanced by the ectomycorrhizal formation, even made the growth of inoculated seedlingsbetter under 50, 100 mg/L of Al. Therefore, the ectomycorrhiza may promote the masson pine seedling growth by relieving the adverseeffects caused by Al stress.
