摘要 参照GB/T 10288—2003《羽绒羽毛检测方法》中的微生物含量测试方法,基于单因素试验分析,重点研究了搅拌速度、搅拌温度、搅拌时间与培养时间对羽毛羽绒中嗜温性需氧菌、亚硫酸还原梭状芽孢杆菌、粪链球菌和沙门氏菌检测结果的影响。结果表明:搅拌速度、搅拌温度、搅拌时间和培养时间对微生物检测结果具有显著影响。得出的羽毛羽绒微生物检测的最优工艺条件为:搅拌速度150 r/min、搅拌温度20℃、搅拌时间3 h,其中,嗜温性需氧菌的培养时间72 h、粪链球菌的培养时间48 h、亚硫酸还原梭状芽孢杆菌的培养时间36~48 h。 Based on the testing methods of microbiological content detection in GB/T 10288—2003 "feather detection methods", the influences of stirring speed, temperature, time and incubation time on the detection results of thermophilic aerobic bacteria, sulfurous acid reduction clostridium, streptococcus faecalis and salmonella were investigated by using single factor analysis method. The obtained results showed that the effect of stirring speed, stirring temperature, stirring time and incubation time on the testing results were significant. The optimum process conditions of microbiological test were as follows: stirring speed 150 r/min, stirring temperature 20 ℃, stirring time 3 h with an incubation time of thermophilic aerobic bacteria 72 h, an incubation time of sulfurous acid reduction clostridium 36~48 h and an incubation time of streptococcus faecalis 48 h.
