摘要 基于GIS技术分析东江流域面雨量的算法、流域的划分、面雨量业务监测系统的主要功能和应用情况。该系统设计为东江流域地质灾害预警提供科学参考依据,同时也能够为东江流域(水库)人影作业指挥和效益评估提供有利科技支撑,对水库调度等方面也有重要意义。 This study introduces the algorithm of surface rainfall in the Dongjiang River Basin, the division of the basin, and the main functions and applications of the surface rainfall business monitoring system based on the GIS technology. The system provides a scienific reference for the early warning of geological disasters in the Dongjiang River Basin. It also provides favorable scientific and technological support for the artificial weather and benefits assessment of the Dongjiang River Basin (reservoir) , and is also of great significance for reservoir dispatching and other aspects.
