摘要
液氮洗和甲烷化均可以脱除合成氨原料气中少量的CO,在大型合成氨装置中都有丰富的应用经验,均能满足环保要求。从工艺流程、应用业绩、装置流程的匹配性、消耗和能耗、三废排放、投资费用等方面对2种工艺进行了比较,结果表明液氮洗工艺的装置投资高、工艺流程复杂,但其与上下游单元匹配合理,生产成本与甲烷化工艺相当或低约10%。
Both liquid nitrogen wash and methanation can remove a small amount of CO in the synthetic ammonia feed gas, have rich application experience in large-scale ammonia plants, and can meet environmental protection requirements. A comparison is made of the two processes in terms of process flow, application performance, device process matching, consumption and energy consumption, three waste emissions, investment costs, and so on. The results show that the liquid nitrogen wash process has high investment and complicated process, but its matching with the upstream and downstream units is reasonable, and tile production cost is about 10% lower than that of the methanation process.
