摘要
在实际操作中,导致四喷嘴气化炉耐火砖损毁的主要原因为熔渣的侵蚀渗透、热应力引起的破坏、熔渣和高速气流的冲蚀损坏等,而气化炉操作工况的控制、耐火砖的砌筑质量等是影响耐火砖蚀损的重要因素。针对四喷嘴气化炉耐火砖损毁的机理,提出了减轻耐火砖蚀损的对策及优化措施。
In actual operation, the main causes of damage to the four-nozzle gasifier refractory brick are erosion and penetration of slag, damage caused by thermal stress, erosion damage of slag and high-speed airflow, etc., the control of the operating conditions of the gasifier and the masonry quality of the refractory bricks are important factors affecting the erosion of the refractory bricks. Based on the mechanism of refractory brick damage of four-nozzle gasifier, countermeasures and optimization measures for reducing refractory brick erosion are proposed.
