摘要
从合成氨系统的实际工艺数据出发,利用相似相容的原理,有效整合了硫回收系统中脱硫工段和变脱工段的脱硫溶液。改造实施后,实现了脱硫溶液的循环利用,物料消耗明显下降,不仅增大了脱硫工段的操作弹性,而且脱硫工段的脱硫效率由70%左右提高至78%。
Starting from the actual process data of the ammonia system, the desulfurization solution in the desulfurization section and the shift gas desulfurization section of the sulfur recovery system is effectively integrated by using thesimilarity-intermiscibility theory. After the implementation of the revamp, the recycling of the desulfurization solution is realized, and the material consumption is significantly reduced, which not only increases the operational flexibility of the desulfurization section, but also improves the desulfurization efficiency from about 70% to 80%.
