摘要
目前,黄河上游梯级水电站运行是在龙~刘两库联合调度运行的格局下进行的,特别是梯级洪水调度。在考虑洪水预报条件下,合理安排龙羊峡~刘家峡水库洪水联合调度方案,可进一步提高刘家峡水库汛期限制水位。在满足黄河上游梯级水电站安全度汛及兰州防洪标准前提下,根据洪水预报下龙~刘两库联合防洪调度规则、泄量判别方式等,对黄河上游1964、1967年典型洪水进行联合调洪演算。结果表明:龙羊峡水库汛期限制水位2 588.00m,在未考虑洪水预报、考虑洪水预报预见期1 d和3 d三种情况下刘家峡水库汛期限制水位由1 727.00 m最高可分别提升至1730.00、1 731.00、1 732.00 m,而且汛期运行水位抬升可带来一定的电量经济效益。
Currently, the cascade hydropower stations at the upstream Yellow River operate with domination of the joint dispatching between Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs, especially the cascade flood dispatching. The rational joint flood dispatching plan arranged between the two reservoirs, in consideration of the flood forecast, the limit level in Liujiaxia reservoir in flood season may further be increased. In precondition of satisfying safety operation of the cascade hydropower stations at the upstream Yellow River and securing flood control standard for Lanzhou City, the joint flood dispatching of the typical floods occurred at the upstream Yellow River in 1964 and 1967 are computed in accordance with such factors as the joint flood dispatching rules and discharges of the two reservoirs in condition of the flood forecast. The computing results represent that the limit level in Liujiaxia reservoir in flood season can be increased from 1 727. 00 m to 1 730. 00 m, 1 731. 00 m and 1 732. 00 m at maximum respectively in conditions of without considering flood forecast, considering flood forecast of 1 d and 3 d duration. Furthermore, increment of the operation level in flood season can result in economic benefit from more power generation.
