摘要
渭河杨凌段气动盾形闸坝单孔过流宽度90 m,共5孔,为目前中国最长气动盾形闸坝,日前已成功蓄水。渭河是著名的多泥沙河流,通过对杨凌渭河段水沙特性及重点技术问题分析,分析设计重难点技术问题,提出创新性的坝袋分离锚固技术及运行管理方案。阐述了气动盾形闸坝的设计,包括坝址选择、坝高确定、泄流消能设计、渗流设计、基础处理设计等,结合后期运行管理,使之达到经济效益、社会效益、环境效益的最佳组合。
The overflow width at single outlet of pneumatic peltate gate dam at Yangling Section on the Wei River is 90 m. There are five outlets totally. This dam is the longest pneumatic peltate gate one in China currently and impounded currently. The Wei River features dense sediment. Through analysis on water and sediment characteristics at Yangling section and on key technical issues, the key design points and issues are analyzed. The anchoring technology and operating management scheme with innovated dam and bag separation are proposed. The design of pneumatic peltate gate dam is described in terms of dam site selection, dam height determination, flood discharge, energy dissipation, seepage and foundation treatment, etc.. In combination with sequent operating management, the optimizing combination of economic, social and environmental benefits is achieved.
