抽水蓄能电站土石坝填筑料现场碾压工艺性试验

Technological Tests on Site Roller Compaction of Embankment Materials for Earth-rockfill Dam of a Pumped Storage Power Plant

针对某抽水蓄能电站采用地下发电厂房的洞挖料展开的填筑碾压工艺性试验研究,分析了垫层料及过渡层料的压实度与碾压遍数及铺料厚度的关系、碾压前后级配关系及沉降量,确定了现场施工参数和施工方法,同时也为坝体垫层料及过渡层料填筑碾压施工和质量控制提供了可靠依据。

Through the study of the technological tests on embankment compaction of materials excavated from underground powerhouse of a pumped storage power plant, the relationship between compaction degree, compaction passes and material-laying thickness of cushion bedding materials and transition materials, gradation relationship before and after compaction, and settlement are analyzed. Construction parameters and methods on site are determined. Meanwhile, these provide embankment compaction and quality control of dam cushion bedding materials and transition material with reliable basis.
