摘要
本试验采用ELISA技术、糖原PAS法、油红O染色法以及茚三酮-Schiff法,结合显微成像技术,对初情期母牦牛在发情期内血液雌激素浓度以及乳腺大分子成分变化进行研究,结果显示:发情母牦牛血液雌激素浓度高于未发情母牦牛(P <0. 05);发情母牦牛乳腺生长发育明显,叶间导管数量多,腺泡数量多且膨胀变大,细胞中含有较多促进乳糖、甘油三酯、糖蛋白、蛋白聚糖合成的信号,由此说明,雌激素能够有效刺激乳腺细胞生长发育,并为乳汁中大分子物质提供物质基础。
The concentration of blood estrogen and the change of macromolecular in oestrum of pubertal female yak mammary glands were studied by using Elisa technique, glycogen PAS dye, 0il red dye and Ninhydrin - schiff dye. , and combined with Microscopin imaging technique. The results indicated that blood oestrogen concentration of estrus female yak was higher than anestrus female yak. oestrus, female yak' s breast obvious growth, include a large number of inter lobar ducts,acini and several signals which indicated compound lactose,tripeptide glycerol,proteoglycan and glycoprotein. It illustrates estrogen can effectively stimulated breast growth and offer macromolecular components for compound milk.
