基于低压台区的电能表远程误差计算探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 电能表的计量准确性关系到千家万户的实际利益,同时也直接影响电网企业的营业收入。为了对运行电能表的计量准确性进行全量监测,现阶段只能通过人工地毯式巡查或抽检方式,不仅工作量大,针对性不强,更无法实时反映现场运行误差情况。文章通过研究远程误差诊断模型,用数学方法设计并实现了智能电能表运行误差算法,并进行了初步应用以及商业规划,从而说明了电能表远程误差计算的重要意义和商业价值。 The measurement accuracy of watt-hour meter is related to the actual interests of millions of households, but also directly affect the operating income of power grid enterprises. In order to monitor the measurement accuracy of the meter, we can onlyuse manual carpet inspection or random inspection at this stage, not only the workload is heavy, the pertinence is not strong and cannot reflect the field operation error in real time. Through studying the remote error diagnosis model, this paper designs and realizesthe operation error algorithm of intelligent watt-hour meter by mathematical method, and carries on the preliminary application andthe commercial plan. Therefore, the importance and commercial value of remote error calculation of watt-hour meter are explained.
